1) If you haven't yet created a calendar event, create one:
http://www.aircoolers.org/v/calendar.php?do=add&type=single&c=1
2) Enter the event details and Save Event.
3) If the event is already on the calendar, bring it up and copy the URL of the event (in your browser's address bar).
4) Create your thread and paste the URL into your post.
I'm attempting to make this a little easier but that is as good as it gets right now.
